Who we are

In bed with Chandra is owned by Esitec, the sole proprietorship of Eugène Spaan. Chandra is an intimacy coach and creates the exercises; Eugène builds the app.

What these terms cover

The website inbedwithchandra.com. The app will get its own terms before the launch. Purchases in the app are also subject to the terms of the App Store or Google Play.

For adults

The website and the app are for people aged 18 and over.

Not a medical device

The exercises are meant for relaxation, attention and connection between adults who both want this. They are not a medical device and not therapy, and they don’t replace the advice of a doctor, psychologist or sexologist. If you have pain, other complaints or doubts, please contact your doctor. Only do what feels good for both of you; you can always stop.

Voices made with AI

The voices in the app were made with artificial intelligence (AI), with the consent of the people whose voices they are.

Prices

A module costs €34.99, including VAT, and you pay once: there is no subscription. The first exercise of each module is free. You buy a module in the app, through the App Store or Google Play; the terms and refund rules of Apple or Google apply there. One purchase covers both of you as soon as your phones are connected. The price in the store takes precedence over the one on this website.

What belongs to us

The texts, exercises, recordings, images and logo belong to Chandra and Esitec. Copying or distributing them is only allowed with our permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t promise that everything is always correct or working. We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Law and questions
